ReplayDoc supports two ways to sign in: email + password, and Google. Pick whichever fits your workflow. You can use both later if you want.
Signing up
Two paths:
- Email and password. Pick a password, hit submit. We send a confirmation email; click the link in it to activate your account. After that, you're in.
- Google. One click. We pull your name, email, and profile picture from your Google account.
Use the same email address across both methods. ReplayDoc links accounts with matching emails automatically.
Signing in
Use whichever method matches how you signed up. If you signed up with email and want to sign in with Google later (or vice versa), it works as long as the email addresses match.
The session lasts for a while. If you close the tab and come back, you'll usually still be logged in. If not, sign in again.
"I forgot my password"
On the sign-in page, click "Forgot password". Enter your email, and we'll send you a reset link. The link is valid for one hour.
If the email never arrives:
- Check your spam folder.
- Confirm you're using the address you signed up with.
- Try the Google sign-in option instead. If you signed up with email and your Google account uses the same address, signing in with Google works without a password reset.
Linking email and Google sign-in
ReplayDoc uses automatic account linking. If you signed up with email and password, then later sign in with Google using the same email address, the two identities merge. You'll see your existing flows and history.
This means you don't need to "switch" methods. Both work, and they point at the same account.
Updating your profile
The settings page in the hub lets you:
- Change your password (email-based accounts).
- View your linked sign-in methods.
Your name and profile picture come from Google when you sign in that way. They're not editable directly in ReplayDoc; update them in your Google account.
Deleting your account
Settings page → "Delete account".
What gets deleted:
- All your flows, steps, and screenshots.
- Your account record.
- Any active subscription is cancelled.
What we keep briefly:
- Some logs and audit data for up to 30 days, after which they're permanently removed.
- Aggregated usage statistics that don't identify you personally.
This action is permanent and can't be undone. If you have an active subscription, you'll lose access immediately.
Trouble signing in?
- Wrong password too many times. Wait a few minutes and try again, or use the "Forgot password" flow.
- Google sign-in pop-up blocked. Allow pop-ups for replaydoc.com in your browser.
- Confirmation email not arriving. Check spam. If still missing, use the contact form on the homepage.
- Account locked or suspicious activity warning. Use the contact form on the homepage.
